Generative Experiments

Generative Experiments began as a question about tools. Starting with photographs of the Campus Cuties as figurines and 3D models, each image was edited in Photoshop, then run through digital filters that push color, texture, and form into unexpected territory. The resulting images are not the filter's output. They are what survived the conversation between the filter and my decisions about what to keep.

The Campus Cuties are still recognizable in these images. But something has slipped. Color has shifted, they have multiplied or ghosted themselves. They are still performing. The question is what.
