The Trophy Wives Awards

Presented as fictional awards, this exhibition explored the tension between recognition and power. Using the Campus Cuties figures as symbolic recipients of achievement, the work examined how systems of reward can obscure the labor, compliance, and emotional work required to earn visibility, raising questions about who is celebrated, who benefits, and at what cost.
